This is a somewhat unique set, in that the pattern on both the hotplate as well as the coaster are by far the most "circular" of all of the items. You'll find yourself inexplicably drawn to wanting to place your glass/etc in either the center of the Rinka, or on one of the center orbs of the Metroid.
Obviously, this set goes together in that both the Metroids and the Rinkas only appear in one place in the game... Tourian... to essentially guard Mother Brain. It's not unusual for them to be associated with eachother.
